It was good food, good company. I got the pineapple tacos. Different but good,if you like sweet tacos. I did!

Wasn’t impressed. Most likely won’t go back. Potatoes were cold and the chicken fried steak tasted like a frozen patty. Plus, kept fighting flies at our table. Waitress was friendly but the food took a long time and not very good.

Hubby had the fried chicken special with corn and mashed potatoes. He said the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I had a Reuben and a side of "spicy spuds" (jalapeno and cheese tots) the sandwich was made with actual corned beef, not just lunchmeat! Grilled and cheesy..like at a good NY deli! The restaurant is clean and cozy atmosphere, the staff is super friendly and everything homemade! We will DEFINITELY be back!! (Maybe next time we will leave room for dessert🤤)

Excellent service, great food. If they have the peanut butter brownie sundae and you don't get it, have your head checked.

Hella good

The wife and I were passing through and decided to stop here which was a great decision. Both the homemade food and service were excellent. Matt, the owner, even came over to talk to us and also gave us some free pork rinds. You should eat here.

First time there, had a good cheeseburger and Lots of tater tots nice and crunchy

Pretty good. Unless you want pizza or sandwiches. It's pretty much the only place to go in town.

Got a wrap with fried pickles. Only got 11 pickles. Food was good, just felt like I didn't get a full order of pickles. Was told they had ran out of pickles, but when I got my wrap they said I had gotten all the fried pickles.

The blueberry crunch pie was excellent!! Both my husband and I were pleased with the down home country cooking and hospitality we received at the Red Rooster. Definitely worth every penny we spent there (which wasn't much in this day and time).

The RED ROOSTER is the place to eat if you're in Harper or the surrounding area!!! Good ol'fashion cooking and pies that are so GOOD.....YOU would SLAP your MAMA For another PIECE!!!! Kathy is the real deal!!!!
